Pakistan, Arab states reject Israel’s E1 plan, condemn strikes on Syria
Pakistan, Egypt, Türkiye, Indonesia, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE rejected Israel’s E1 settlement plan in the occupied West Bank, calling it a dangerous escalation that threatens the territorial continuity of a future Palestinian state.
The countries condemned settlement expansion and violence against Palestinians, saying such actions violate international law and UN resolutions.
They reaffirmed support for a two-state solution based on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine, and called for an immediate halt to the E1 plan and all settlement activities.

In a separate statement, Pakistan and 11 Muslim countries condemned Israeli airstrikes on the Abu al-Duhur military airbase in northwestern Syria, describing the attacks as a violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The countries called for an end to Israeli military actions in Syria, withdrawal from occupied areas and full respect for the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.
They urged the international community to take concrete measures to prevent further escalation and protect regional peace and stability.
