The Met Office has announced that a strong monsoon weather system is expected to bring heavy rain and thunderstorms to various parts of Pakistan from July 22 to 27.

The weather system, advancing from the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal, will affect the upper regions of the country, including Kashmir, Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
