DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced adjustments to the schedule and venues for the Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, with the final now set to take place in either Colombo, Sri Lanka, or Navi Mumbai, India, on November 2.

Earlier, the final was scheduled for Bangalore or Colombo. The revision is part of the ICC’s hybrid hosting model, with the tournament being jointly staged in India and Sri Lanka.

Pakistan’s Group Stage Campaign
The Pakistan women’s cricket team will play all group-stage matches in Sri Lanka to ease logistics. Their campaign begins on October 2 against Bangladesh, followed by the high-voltage clash with India on October 5 in Colombo.

Other fixtures include:

  • Australia – Oct 8
  • England – Oct 15
  • New Zealand – Oct 18
  • South Africa – Oct 21
  • Sri Lanka – Oct 24

If Pakistan qualifies for the knockout stage, World Cup 2025 semi-final will be held in Colombo, as per the new arrangements.
