PNS SAIF Strengthens Naval Cooperation During Maldives Port Visit
Islamabad: Pakistan Navy Ship SAIF visited the Port of Male as part of its ongoing overseas deployment, where it was warmly received by Maldivian authorities.
During the visit, the Mission Commander held meetings with senior military officials of the Maldives and visited the High Commission of Pakistan. Discussions focused on matters of mutual interest, including naval collaboration and enhanced cooperation in maritime security.

Throughout the ship’s stay, government representatives, ambassadors, and members of the diplomatic community visited PNS SAIF. The visit concluded with a Passage Exercise (PASSEX) conducted jointly with Maldives Coast Guard vessels, aimed at improving operational coordination and strengthening professional ties between the two navies.
Regular goodwill visits by Pakistan Navy ships to Maldives highlight the enduring friendship and strong bilateral relations between the two countries, while contributing to regional maritime peace and security.
