Pakistan Navy Deepens Maritime Ties with Bangladesh Through High-Level Visit
ISLAMABAD: In a significant demonstration of naval diplomacy and regional engagement, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf is on an official visit to Bangladesh, coinciding with the goodwill deployment of Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) SAIF to the country.
The synchronized visit highlights Pakistan’s commitment to fostering long-standing bilateral relations and enhancing maritime cooperation with Bangladesh.
According to the Pakistan Navy, Admiral Naveed Ashraf’s engagements in Dhaka include high-level meetings and operational interactions aimed at deepening professional collaboration between the two navies. These discussions are expected to strengthen bilateral naval relations, establish new mechanisms for cooperative maritime security, and support broader regional connectivity within a shared vision of a peaceful and prosperous maritime domain.
