OGRA Announces New RLNG Prices for SNGPL and SSGCL

The increase in RLNG prices is mainly attributed to the rise in delivered price ex-ship (DES).

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has notified new prices for re-gasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) for both Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), effective April 1, 2024.

New Prices:

  • SNGPL:
    • Transmission price: $11.98 per MMBtu (up 1.03% from March 2024)
    • Distribution price: $12.94 per MMBtu (up 1.03% from March 2024)
  • SSGCL:
    • Transmission price: $11.33 per MMBtu (up 1.06% from March 2024)
    • Distribution price: $13.19 per MMBtu (up 1.06% from March 2024)

Reason for Price Increase:

The increase in RLNG prices is mainly attributed to the rise in delivered price ex-ship (DES).
