CDA Scraps Competitive Process for Kuri Enclave Project
Capital Development Authority (CDA) has abandoned the competitive process for the development of its proposed joint venture project, Kuri Enclave.
Instead, the authority is considering directly contracting with a government-owned housing entity for the project, bypassing the need for an open competition.
