The Emergency Operation Center noted this campaign performed better than previous efforts, with fewer parents refusing drops for their children.

However, approximately 37,000 children in Karachi and 39,000 across Sindh still missed vaccination due to parental refusal.

Health authorities confirmed that over 2.66 million children in Karachi and 8.8 million province-wide received polio drops.

A third national polio campaign is scheduled from May 26 to June 1, focusing on children missed in earlier drives.
