Doordarshan anchor Lopamudra Sinha fainted while delivering live news amidst an intense heatwave in West Bengal.

Anchor Lopamudra Sinha, who works at the West Bengal branch of Doordarshan, shared details about her health condition on Facebook.

In a video translated from Bengali to English, she explained that her blood pressure suddenly dropped, causing her to lose consciousness during the live broadcast.

Despite feeling unwell, she tried to continue but ultimately collapsed while reading a story about the heatwave.
