Airline Narrowly Avoids Accident After Takeoff from Islamabad
A private airline flight PA-251 flying from Islamabad to Skardu narrowly avoided an accident shortly after takeoff from Islamabad International Airport due to a technical issue with the landing gear.
The flight captain reported the issue to the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) and safely landed the plane back at the airport after circling twice in the air.

The flight was subsequently canceled.
In a separate incident, private airline flight ER-807, scheduled to depart from Islamabad to Riyadh, was disrupted due to a technical issue.
Moments before takeoff, the tires of the aircraft suddenly burst, causing concern among the 194 passengers onboard.
The passengers were taken to the lounge while the technical team worked on resolving the issue with the plane.
