Norse Atlantic Airline Cleared to Launch Direct Flights to Pakistan
Islamabad: Pakistan’s aviation sector has received another boost as the Civil Aviation Authority has granted permission to the United Kingdom’s Norse Atlantic Airline to begin flight operations to Pakistan, sources said.
According to CAA sources, Norse Atlantic will initially operate direct flights from London to Islamabad. The airline has also been cleared to launch direct services from Manchester and Birmingham to Pakistan in the next phase.
Sources said British Airways is already operating flights to Pakistan, and Norse Atlantic will become the second UK-based airline to offer direct services between the two countries.
