According to the weather forecast, Islamabad and surrounding areas will experience severe heat during daytime hours, with partly cloudy skies and possible rain showers in some locations during evening and night.

The department warned residents to prepare for sudden weather changes.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, most districts will remain hot and dry, though Chitral, Dir, Swat, and Kohistan may experience strong winds and rainfall at night.

Similar conditions are expected in Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, and the tribal districts.

Punjab will face intense daytime heat with rain and strong winds likely in Murree, Galyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Khushab, Mandi Bahauddin, and Gujrat during evening hours.

Central and southern Punjab districts may experience dust storms in the afternoon.

Sindh will remain severely hot and dry, though dust-raising winds are expected in various areas post-afternoon.

Balochistan’s southern districts may face extreme heat accompanied by strong winds.

“The weather system brings both relief from heat and potential disruption,” said a Met Department spokesperson.

“Citizens should stay updated as conditions may change rapidly.”

The weather forecast advises farmers to protect crops and commuters to exercise caution in affected areas. Urban centers may experience temporary power outages during storm activity.
