WWE SmackDown Becomes Highest-Grossing Event of All Time
WWE SmackDown event at the LDLC Arena in Lyon, France, became the highest-grossing SmackDown of all time, surpassing the previous record set just four weeks ago in Philadelphia.
This milestone was announced by none other than Paul Levesque, also known as Triple H, the Chief Content Officer of WWE.
Triple H took to social media to share the exciting news, stating,
“Tonight’s event in Lyon, France is officially the highest-grossing #SmackDown of all time, breaking a record set just 4 weeks ago in Philly ahead of #WrestleMania XL.”
He also expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming WWE Backlash premium live event, which will take place in the same venue tomorrow.

This achievement marks a significant milestone in WWE’s history, and it’s a testament to the incredible work of Triple H since taking over as the Chief Content Creator.
Under his leadership, we’ve witnessed some of the highest-grossing events in recent memory, including WrestleMania 40 and SmackDown Live in France.
The King of the Ring tournament is also set to begin on May 6th, with the winner being crowned at the May 25th King of the Ring PLE in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
While the matchups for the tournament have not been officially announced, fans are eagerly anticipating the excitement that’s to come.
