Pakistan’s tallest building ‘Burj-e-Quaid’ to be built in DHA City Karachi

82-storey tower expected to be completed within six years after DHA signs agreement with developers

KARACHI: Pakistan’s tallest building, an 82-storey tower named Burj-e-Quaid, will be constructed in DHA City Karachi after a formal agreement was signed between the Defence Housing Authority and ABS Developers, officials said.

According to details shared by the developers, the project will be built on nearly six acres of land in DHA City Karachi and is planned with a modern architectural design.

Officials said the project is expected to be completed within six years and will become Pakistan’s tallest building upon completion.

They added that the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has already issued a no-objection certificate for the project, clearing a major regulatory requirement for the high-rise development.
